When the ifib websites are accessed, a data record is created with the following data:

- Page from which the html file was requested,
- Name of the file,
- Date and time of the query,
- transmitted data volume,
- Access status (file transferred, file not found etc.),
- Type of web browser used.
We store this data for the duration of seven days, in the interest of being able to detect, limit and eliminate attacks on our websites. After this period, we delete or make the IP address anonymous. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Data transfer to third countries
Only in connection with surveys in individual projects may data be transmitted to third countries. In these cases, it is expressly referred to in the survey and individual consent is obtained.
Email contact
We offer that you contact us via a pre-addressed email. By clicking on the email link you leave this website. The emails are stored on a server of our processor Microsoft as part of the Microsoft Office 365 service. Microsoft assures compliance with the GDPR (Externer Linkhttps://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement). These mails will always be deleted after your request has been dealt with, at the latest after three months. By sending such mails you agree to this storage.
